Berkheimer online problem

I just tried filing my local tax return online with Berkheimer but am getting an error message when I try to input my w-2 info.
They will be getting a paper return from me from now on.
No such problems with TurboTax.

It gets better with the paper form. It asks for your Resident PSD Code. Nowhere on the form or even Berkheimer website can I find a reference to that so I called them and was on hold for a good 10 minutes.
Long story short the code for Newton is 350105.
They claim it's on the website and also on www.newpa.com which I never saw a reference for either.
Never had these problems with local tax collectors.
