Natural Gas Lease Registration
On April 13, 2010, there was a meeting at the Falls Township Fire Company. Over 100 people attended. The intent is to form a group large enough that the gas companies would be willing to make a bid.
Complete the consultant agreement and including your property tax number(s). You will not be obligated to sign a gas lease. Providing property tax numbers saves a lot of time in preparing a map showing the land of interested landowners.

Warning to all farmers and property owners!
They call it SAPA and their intent is bigger government and to take away peoples property rights. If you own land in the current targeted area, Abington, Dunmore, Scranton, Newton, South Abington, Clarks Summit, Clarks Green, Glenburn, North Abington, Dalton, and West Abington, your land could be greatly devalued or rendered worthless.
