Absent:  Mike Vacendak and Pete Restuccia

Guests in attendance:    John T. Clary, Jr., Esq., Solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Board

                                    Francine Miller, Newton Township Secretary

Reorganization Meeting of the Newton Township Zoning Board was not held due to the lack of a quorum.  It was decided that we would hold a reorganization meeting before the next hearing.
