Special Meeting

February 4, 2004

Board Members in Attendance:  John Pardue, Thomas Kerrigan, Lee Jamison, Gary Martenson, and John Shaffer

Board Guests in Attendance:  Joseph Sileo, Solicitor; Francine Miller, Secretary/Treasurer

Meeting called to order at 7:10PM with the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag

Sileo opened the meeting with stating that this public hearing was for public comment on the proposed zoning map amendment for Woodhaven Crest.  Woodhaven Crest PRD was given tentative approval in a court order dated June 4, 1993 by Judge Walsh in connection with a prior lawsuit.  In order to amend the zoning map, the Township must hold a public hearing before voting on any amendment to a zoning map.

See attached list of residents that attended the meeting.  Comments were received and discussed.  Due to technical difficulty, the tape was inaudible.

Motion by Shaffer to adjourn to work session, 2^nd by Martenson.  Motion voted, all in favor.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:20 PM.
