Pools requiring fences
Posted: Wed Jun 06, 2007 5:06 pmIt's that time of year again when people are installing pools. It is also the time when the complaints about the mandatory fences arise also.
Please note; It is not a township law that fences are required for all pools both above or below ground. It is a state law.
Please do not take out any frustrations on the Supervisors, CEO, township secretary etc. If you must complain about the law please direct them to Bob Mellow and Jim Wanzsac as they are the ones who are responsible for state legislation.
