Putting garbage out

Is there a set time that garbage is to be put out at the curb?
I thought that our garbage was not to be put out until the night before pickup.  I find it very unsightly to see that some individuals see it as their right to start putting their garbage out as soon as the garbage is picked up.  I have to see them put gabage out at the end of their driveway 7 days a week.  What can be done if there is something in writing.  If not there should be.

Section 6. of the ordinance states that: “No garbage, refuse, or solid waste shall be placed for collection earlier then eight o’clock of the evening (8:00 p.m.) prior to collection.”

If you cannot workout the situation with you neighbors, or if there are many people doing this then you should make a complaint to the Township to have the matter corrected.

Leaving trash out for a long time invites problems including disease, rodents and even bears.
