Hey, Joe thanks for filling us in.
This is not really anything new. This township has been sued so many times for the same thing and the township always loses.
We have a so-called insurance company that is not really an insurance company. They are NOT licensed. They choose to fight claims rather than settle them.
The layers all make money from the litigation and we all pay for it.
I got us a quote form a legitimate licensed insurance company at a savings to the township but the supervisors would have no part to it.
There is some real funny business going on with the so-called insurance company. All you have to do is look at the names involved and make your own decision.
